Head of Merchant

Role Overview:The Head of Merchant will be responsible for designing and executing the Merchant Ecosystem Strategy, expanding partnerships with both Web2 brands and Web3 projects, and delivering meaningful benefits to our users through token rewards, cashback programs, and NFT memberships.Job Description:- Develop and lead the overall Merchant Growth Strategy for Loyalty World.- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands, F&B chains, retailers, lifestyle services, and Web3 projects.- Work closely with the Product & Marketing teams to design loyalty campaigns, token reward systems, and cross-promotions.- Oversee the entire merchant onboarding and relationship management process.- Analyze performance metrics, user engagement, and merchant ROI to optimize growth.- Stay updated on Web3 loyalty trends, blockchain payment innovations, and token economy models to apply in product strategy.Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Merchant Acquisition.- Background from platforms such as TapTap, MoMo, ZaloPay, Shopee, VinID, Be, Got It, or other loyalty/fintech startups.- Strong merchant network in F&B, lifestyle, fashion, or retail sectors..- Experience in building and leading BD/Partnership teams.- No prior crypto experience required, but strong curiosity and adaptability to Web3 is a must.- English proficiency (written and spoken) is a plus.Benefits:- Negotiable salary.- Be part of the core team at Loyalty World x TINIGROUP, pioneering the Web3 loyalty space in Vietnam.- Opportunity to scale up to Director/Head of Ecosystem role as the company grows.- Attractive performance-based bonuses and token incentives.- A dynamic, creative, and global-minded startup culture.- Direct collaboration with leading brands and Web3 projects in the region.Contact Infomation:Email: anhtus.hr@gmail.comEmail subject: [APPLICATION] Head of Merchant – Loyalty World x TINI – Your Name.Zalo/phone: 086 875 7035 (Mr. Tú)
