Head of M&A | HealthTechLocation | LondonNH14705The BusinessRecently PE backed HealthTech with ambitions buy & build plan.The RoleJoin as first M&A hire and drive all aspects of M&A.Help develop and effectively communicate the M&A strategy.Work with advisors and the business to drive origination efforts.Management of all due diligence workstreams.Financial modelling, business plan creation, running pricing and valuations, etc.Running negotiations and deal structuring.Act as representative of the business in all negotiations and origination efforts.Working with the business to create post-merger integration and value creation plans.Create and ensure regular reporting on key M&A and integration activities.The CandidateExperienced leading HealthTech and Healthcare transactions, either as an advisor, investor, or from a corporate development position.Ability to coordinate and run all aspects of the M&A cycle from origination to integration planning.Proven originator.Strong financial modelling skills with a willingness to still get “into the models”.Desire to act in a hands on capacity driving all aspects of M&A.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Ability to build robust business and value creation plans.
