CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.About The RoleAs the Head of National Asset and Facilities Services, you will provide strategic leadership across the organisation’s asset and facilities management portfolio. This role is central to ensuring that asset lifecycle planning, maintenance programs, data systems, and procurement processes deliver sustainable, high-quality housing outcomes.You will oversee the continued development and implementation of the Asset Management Framework, embedding best practice across planning, policy, and performance. Your leadership will influence data-driven decision-making, asset optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives in energy efficiency, safety, and compliance.Collaborating with state teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure that national maintenance programs, procurement processes, and asset planning align with organisational goals and regulatory standards, ultimately strengthening asset performance and customer satisfaction across all regions.What You Will BringYou are a strategic and influential leader with deep expertise in asset and facilities management. You bring extensive experience implementing and managing asset management frameworks (ideally ISO 55001), and thrive on improving operational efficiency through data insight and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesTertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Property, Engineering, or Facilities Management7+ years’ senior leadership experience in asset management within a regulated environmentProven ability to lead lifecycle planning, capital works programming, and risk managementExceptional stakeholder and contractor management skillsA passion for driving continuous improvement and sustainable asset outcomesPlease note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).If you are ready to make a lasting impact by shaping the future of asset and facilities performance, we want to hear from you.Why Join Us?At CHL, we’re more than just a workplace, we’re a community dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive environments for our staff and the people we serve.
