CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.About The RoleAs the Head of National Asset and Facilities Services, you will provide strategic leadership across the organisation’s asset and facilities management portfolio. This role is central to ensuring that asset lifecycle planning, maintenance programs, data systems, and procurement processes deliver sustainable, high-quality housing outcomes.You will oversee the continued development and implementation of the Asset Management Framework, embedding best practice across planning, policy, and performance. Your leadership will influence data-driven decision-making, asset optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives in energy efficiency, safety, and compliance.Collaborating with state teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure that national maintenance programs, procurement processes, and asset planning align with organisational goals and regulatory standards, ultimately strengthening asset performance and customer satisfaction across all regions.What You Will BringYou are a strategic and influential leader with deep expertise in asset and facilities management.
