We are seeking a Head of Offensive Cyber Security & Innovation for a global consulting company located in central Israel.Responsibilities:-Lead and manage offensive cyber security initiatives, driving innovation across projects and methodologies-Oversee technical teams and coordinate complex cyber security projects end-to-end-Develop and implement advanced offensive strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals-Conduct vulnerability research, exploitation development, and reverse engineering activities-Stay up to date with emerging attack vectors, tools, and offensive security trendsRequirements:5 years of experience in offensive cyber security such as: Red Teaming, ExploitationExperience in leading technical teams / projects in the cyber fieldKnowledge in advanced attack techniques such as: Escalation, Lateral Movement, PersistenceExperience in vulnerability research, Exploits development / Reverse EngineeringHigh-level English
