You will develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and ensure efficient operations across all departments. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of the company's operational efficiency and success.■Key Responsibilities・ Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies aligned with company objectives.・ Manage and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.・ Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.・ Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimized.・ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.・ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.・ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards goals.・ Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.■Qualifications・ Business level proficiency or above in both English and Japanese.・ 8+ years of leadership experience in Contact Centre & Customer Experience Management for international markets.・ Experience managing projects of more than 1000+ FTEs.・ Experience in managing financials: budget, margin, and P&L.・ Ability to make decisions under high levels of stress.・ Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset.・ Must be highly detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and work under tight deadlines when needed.・ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.・ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.■IndustryConsulting■Salary18,000,000 JPY - 25,000,000 JPY■BonusYES■JOB ID: VAC-281398If you are interested in this exciting position, we look forward to your application.
