Head of Operations

Autolink Contracting LLC (ALC) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the company’s construction operations in Dubai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient project delivery, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and operational excellence across all sites. The candidate must have a strong background in residential building construction (G+Unlimited), with proven experience managing G+unlimited projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall construction operations across multiple sites.Ensure projects comply with Dubai authority requirements including DDA, DM, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Trakhees, and master developers.Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and handover in collaboration with project managers and site teams.Establish and implement operational systems, processes, and best practices.Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE, etc.) for smooth operations.Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.Ensure proper allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.Monitor budgets, control costs, and track financial performance.Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.Promote high standards of safety, quality, and timely delivery.Provide regular performance and progress reports to the Managing Director (MD).Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s preferred).12–15 years of construction industry experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operations/project management role in Dubai.Proven track record in managing residential and high-rise projects (G+unlimited).Strong knowledge of Dubai’s construction regulations, authority procedures, and master developer requirements.Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Strong financial and contractual awareness.UAE Driving License required.Why Join Us?Autolink Contracting LLC (ALC) brings extensive expertise from Qatar’s landmark projects, including FIFA World Cup 2022 stadiums, Lusail City, Corniche developments, and major infrastructure works.
