We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end operational performance, scale processes, and drive service excellence across the organisation.As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of operational strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement—ensuring teams, systems, and workflows enable exceptional support and results.
