Head of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Operations to oversee the performance of our flagship Centre in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, and revenue growth while upholding world-class standards. This leadership role requires a professional with a proven background in hospitality or premium workspace operations, exceptional team management skills, and a strong passion for creating outstanding client experiences.Key Responsibilities: Pre-Opening & Launch Oversee all pre-opening activities including setup, staffing, and operational readiness. Partner with HQ and local teams to ensure a seamless launch aligned with Company's standards. Operations Management Manage all operational functions to ensure efficiency and excellence across the centre. Implement, monitor, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and systems. Lead vendor management and ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to enhance operational performance. Financial & Commercial Performance Oversee operations budgets, revenue, and expenses to drive profitability. Support business development and large enterprise deal execution.Conduct market analysis to ensure Company maintains a competitive edge. Work closely with the City Head to deliver financial and strategic goals. Client Experience & Retention Champion service excellence and ensure a best-in-class client experience. Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention. Train and guide local teams on member engagement and service delivery. Gather and act on member feedback to continuously improve service quality.Looking candidates from Business Centre / Co working Companies / Hotel Industry (5 or 4star properties)Position - Operations Head Education -Bachelor’s degree or above ideally with a background in hospitalityExperience - Minimum 9-15 years’ experienceBusiness Skills - Strong leadership and operations management experience.
