If you thrive in a creative, startup-style environment (with good vibes and music always playing), this role might be the perfect fit.✖️ Studio OperationsOversee day-to-day flow at both studios (class flow, cleaning, vibe)Ensure front desk operations (check-in, follow-up, supply needs) are always smoothTrack timetables, teacher replacements, and studio checklists weeklyKeep the studios "GET AP ready" at all timesCoordinate their onboarding, weekly tasks, and vibeMonitor expiration, usage trends, and offersAutomate and deliver Studio Dashboard with KPIs monthly✖️ Marketing & CommunityManage recorded class contentEnsure videos are saved, organised, and accessiblePrepare materials for teachers, marketing, and studentsPlan and coordinate in-studio community activities (small parties, wellness weeks, thank you gestures)⚡️ You will work closely with:Founder/Creative Director (your monthly check-in and shared dashboard)Front Desk Staff (weekly check-ins and support)Teachers (1:1 check-ins, small reports)Studio Systems (Trello, Glofox, Google Sheets)IDEAL QUALIFICATIONSStrong organisational and communication skillsProficiency in EnglishExperience in managing people, projects, or operationsYou understand creative environments and love bringing structure to themInterest in pop culture, music, dance, or community buildingComfortable with digital tools (G-Suite, Trello, Canva, etc.)If you think you think you're the right fir for the company.Drop us a message 💛
