🔎 Role Summary (What You Will Own)We are seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to run day-to-day labs & production operations, ensure on-time order fulfilment, drive multi-location operational discipline, and build scalable processes across our network. This role requires proven operational agility, strong execution capability, and experience building systems from scratch.🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities1. Operations OversightOversee daily operations across labs and service locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to delivery schedules.Drive operational discipline through structured reviews, dashboards, and KPI monitoring.Ensure timely coordination between production, materials, and dispatch for order fulfilment.Identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety norms.Plan and execute strategies for production expansion, process optimization, and cost efficiency.2. Supply Chain & Dispatch CoordinationManage end-to-end order flow, including processing, material movement, dispatch planning, and delivery tracking.Maintain real-time visibility of order status across regions.Drive communication between production, logistics, and customer teams to prevent delays.Track and report dispatch performance including accuracy, turnaround time, and delivery SLAs.Ensure readiness during scale-ups, surges, or new product rollouts.3. Labs & Quality OversightOversee lab operations across all facilities.Ensure testing accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity metrics are consistently met.Align operational and quality goals to meet customer expectations.Collaborate with lab heads to resolve technical or productivity issues.4. Financial OversightDrive payment follow-up and ensure timely collections.Work closely with finance to maintain cost discipline and operational profitability.🎓 Educational QualificationsMinimum: Bachelor’s Degree in EngineeringExperience:15+ years in Operations Management5+ years in leadership roles within Indian startups or high-growth tech sectorsProven track record of building systems, processes, and teams from scratch
