Head of Operations A leading domestic bank is looking for a strategic, hands on Head of Operations to lead its Irish operations. You will own end-to-end operations for retail products, ensuring excellent customer outcomes, robust controls and strong commercial performance.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop high-performing operations teams (front line, call centre and back-office).Own operational strategy and delivery.Drive process, system and customer journey improvements as part of a wider transformation programme.Oversee operational risk, controls, SLAs, KPIs, complaints handling and resource planning.Work closely with the COO and senior leadership on performance, budget and capacity planning.Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, AML, data protection and audit requirements.Act as CF1 under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness & Probity regime.About you8+ years’ senior operations leadership experience in financial services.Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and running complex operations.Strong grasp of operational risk, governance and regulatory requirements in Ireland.Comfortable operating as a key senior leader in a regulated environment (CF1).APA/CIP.If you’re an experienced operations leader ready to shape and scale the operations function of a growing domestic bank, we’d love to hear from you.
