Monitoring and controlling of the expenses so that they are not going beyond estimatesEnsuring the targets of MTBF and MTTR are met and maintained. Setting up goals in terms of MTBF and MTTRsCreating the team to maintain uptime of all installations and ensuring they deliver as per the normsNetworking with various market people and continuously optimize operating costsCreation of network in terms of sub vendors for O&M technical and non -technical services under area of jurisdiction to take up O&M on our behalf after proper trainingCreating a brand awareness and focusing on meeting customer requirements all the time
