Job Description:Plan, build, and manage warehouse operations from the ground up — including layout design, racking setup, space allocation, and manpower planning based on projected volume and operational needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Handle and resolve escalated operational issues and complaints effectively.Analyze and assess operational data to identify gaps and develop continuous improvement plans.Apply problem-solving skills to achieve operational OKRs and SLAs.Lead, motivate, and support team members to perform according to company values and goals.Control and manage operational budgets and related financial activities to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.Formulate strategic and operational objectives that align with overall business direction.Review and refine operational policies, processes, and procedures for improved effectiveness and compliance.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations management, including layout planning, storage system setup, and team management.Proven track record in building and managing warehouse operations from the ground up (start-up or greenfield projects).Skilled in workforce planning, operational budgeting, and cost optimization to ensure efficiency.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle and resolve escalated operational issues effectively.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams in alignment with company values and objectives.Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and comfortable working with data and operational reports.Solid understanding of operational policy and procedure development to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
