Role: Head of Operations (Supply Chain & Logistics) – D2CSalary: £90,000 + packageLocation: London (Hybrid)What you'll be doing as Head of Logistics Operations (D2C & B2B)This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on logistics leader to take full ownership of global operations across warehousing, fulfilment, freight, and delivery performance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly from supplier to customer while driving continuous improvement in speed, cost, and service. Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop high-performing operations teams across the UK and international marketsOversee end-to-end logistics, including freight, warehousing, fulfilment, and returnsManage and build strong relationships with global 3PL partners to ensure best-in-class serviceDrive improvements in delivery performance, customer experience, and operational efficiencyMonitor and optimise inventory flow across multiple regions and channelsDrive demand, supply and IBP planning to balance service, cost and inventory across all markets.Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring the supply chain scales effectively with growthCollaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and OperationsLead process improvement initiatives and implement scalable, data-driven solutionsEnsure compliance, documentation accuracy, and cross-border alignment across supply chainsDrive a culture of accountability, pace, and continuous improvement within the teamKey Experience Required for the Position of Head of Logistics Operations (D2C & B2B)10+ years’ experience in end-to-end logistics or supply chain operations within fast-paced, product-led businessesStrong background in 3PL management, warehousing, fulfilment, and global freightProven experience leading end-to-end planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP, IBP) within a consumer or product-led business.Ideally experience within both Large and SME/Scale-Up businessesProven success in leading and developing high-performing teams across regionsExperience managing both D2C and B2B channelsComfortable working with international suppliers, partners, and teams across time zonesTrack record of improving cost efficiency, service levels, and operational performanceConfident communicator with the ability to influence and drive change across departmentsWhy it’s a great opportunityYou’ll be joining a high-growth, entrepreneurial business where logistics is at the heart of its success.
