At Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, we are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to join us as Head of Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (OD & EDI) on an interim basis for 12 months.This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact. You will be the Trust’s advocate and expert on equality, diversity, and inclusion—shaping strategies that drive cultural transformation and ensure our workforce reflects the communities we serve. Working closely with senior leaders and system partners, you’ll lead initiatives that embed inclusive leadership behaviours, champion anti-racism, and foster psychological safety across the organisation.Main duties of the jobIn this pivotal role, you’ll influence policy at the highest level, oversee statutory reporting requirements such as WRES, WDES, and EDS2, and translate complex data into actionable insights that deliver meaningful change. You’ll also build capability across all leadership tiers, ensuring EDI principles are at the heart of everything we do.We’re looking for someone with proven experience in organisational development and EDI within a complex setting—ideally the NHS—combined with exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
