We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Partner Operations to lead and scale our driver-partner ecosystem in Peru. This individual will oversee partner acquisition, engagement, retention, and performance management, ensuring a seamless operational flow that enhances service quality and market growth. The role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of the local mobility landscape.As the key bridge between the company’s strategic vision and its day-to-day execution, the Head of Partner Operations will design and implement operational frameworks, drive partner satisfaction, and ensure compliance with local transportation and labor regulations.Key Responsibilities1. Partner Operations LeadershipLead the full lifecycle of driver-partner management, from onboarding and training to performance monitoring and support.Design and optimize processes for fleet and individual driver engagement, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Establish KPIs and metrics to track partner productivity, service quality, and profitability.2. Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute strategic initiatives to increase active driver supply and reduce partner churn.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to align operational priorities with company growth goals.Build operational models tailored to regional mobility challenges and market demands in Peru.3. Partner Experience & Relationship ManagementCreate and maintain effective communication channels with driver-partners to enhance engagement and trust.Lead programs that promote driver loyalty, including incentive schemes, recognition programs, and training initiatives.Serve as an escalation point for complex partner issues and regulatory concerns.4. Data-Driven OptimizationUse analytics to identify bottlenecks, forecast partner supply needs, and optimize resource allocation.Leverage performance dashboards to monitor key SMART indicators: Trips, GMV, Active Drivers, New/React Drivers, Partners satisfaction5. Compliance & Local AlignmentEnsure full adherence to Peruvian transportation and labor laws related to independent contractors and mobility services.Liaise with government entities and associations to represent company interests and uphold ethical operational standards.6. Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of regional operations managers and support staff.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations function.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.7+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or mobility services.Proven leadership experience in high-growth or startup environments.Experience in managing large-scale partner or supply-side ecosystems.Strong analytical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and CRM platforms.Understanding of mobility tech platforms and marketplace dynamics.English (advanced).Strategic and analytical thinkingOperational excellence and process optimizationLeadership and stakeholder managementCommunication skills for partner relationsPlease only submit CVs in English.*The terms of cooperation with companies of the Yango group or its partners may vary from those indicated on the website; please check with the recruiter for details.
