Join our team now!Tickmill is looking to hire a Head of Partnerships (LATAM)to join our rapidly expanding LATAM region.This is a role that plays a key part in driving revenue growth by acquiring new company clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.The main job responsibilities encompass sales strategies, team management, customer acquisition, and retention efforts, all aimed at achieving financial and strategic objectives.Most importantly, the role requires to lead and manage extensively the activation & retention team, setting performance goals, training, coaching, and providing support to achieve sales results. Equally important is retaining existing clients of the Company to ensure that are satisfied with the Company’s products or services and develop strategies to keep them engaged and loyal.About Tickmill.
