This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic alliances, regional sales teams, and high-performing partner structures. The role requires a commercially minded leader with strong understanding of retail FX and multi-asset brokerage, regional market dynamics, and the ability to manage teams and partner portfolios.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the partnerships and IB growth strategy across MENA region.Lead regional business development teams to achieve revenue, deposit, and volume targets.Identify, onboard, and manage high-value IBs and strategic partners, ensuring long- term engagement and performance.Build and manage multi-market sales structures, implementing scalable processes for acquisition and partner success.Work with the Partners teams in other key regions to collaborate and coordinate the partners offering globally.Collaborate with the product, marketing and compliance teams to develop tailored campaigns and commercial offerings for key regions.Provide detailed revenue analysis, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and regional regulations.Represent the company at major industry events and exhibitions to strengthen global presence.Key Requirements10+ years of experience in FX, CFDs, or multi-asset brokerage, with focus on partnerships and IB management.Proven success in scaling regional and global partnership networks and achieving measurable growth.Strong leadership experience managing teams.Deep understanding of MENA markets.Strong commercial acumen with ability to design and optimize partner models and rebate structures.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Based in the UAE, flexible for regional travel.Ideal Candidate ProfileHands-on commercial leader with experience driving IB and B2B partnerships in top- tier brokers.Data-driven and result-oriented with a track record of sustained revenue growth.Strong cross-cultural management skills and the ability to motivate large, distributed sales teams.Comfortably working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to executive leadership.
