The role focuses on building high-impact relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and key technology partners. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of crypto, enterprise / institutional sales, and strategic alliances.Responsibilities:● Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across financial institutions, fintech platforms, and enterprise technology providers.●Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns partner success with company growth objectives●Able to drive partner business and partner ecosystem programs with Sier and ISVs●Negotiate complex commercial agreements that unlock long-term value and ecosystem expansion.●Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal) to launch and scale joint initiatives with partners.Requirements:● 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships with Siers and ISVs, ideally from Enterprise tech or Fintech industries● Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships or deals in regulated or complex technology environments.●Passion for growing financial infrastructure, custody, blockchain protocols, or digital asset markets.● Professional fluency in English and Japanese and a deep network and understanding of cultural norms in Japan.
