Head of Partnerships | Scaling Health & Wellbeing Company | Hybrid – London (2–3 days per week in the office) | Salary: £115K + benefitsOur client, a pioneering organisation at the forefront of Health & Wellbeing, is seeking an accomplished Head of Partnerships to join their senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact partnerships function within a rapidly growing, innovative environment.The Role:As Head of Partnerships, you will take strategic ownership of the entire partnerships ecosystem, spanning influencer collaborations, affiliates, and brand alliances. You will design and execute data-driven strategies to drive sustainable customer growth and engagement, while leading a high-performing team and managing key commercial relationships.Key Responsibilities:Build, lead, and develop a high-performing partnerships teamOwn end-to-end partnerships budget management, including forecasting and performance analysisDefine and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy across all funnel stagesLead negotiations and close strategic deals with key partnersOversee relationships with agencies, networks, and channel vendorsChampion the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance scalability and productivityOversee the technical infrastructure of the partner tracking ecosystemAbout You:10+ years’ experience leading partnership and affiliate marketing initiatives for large D2C brands, including 2+ years in leadershipDeep understanding of the UK partnerships landscape and a strong industry networkProven track record of setting goals, managing performance, and inspiring teamsExperience managing significant marketing budgets and making data-led decisionsStrong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesIf you’re a strategic leader ready to make a significant impact and help shape the future of digital health partnerships, please send your CV or get in touch for a confidential discussion at gary.wale@lorienglobal.com.
