You’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with payment service providers, improving the way our users pay, and unlocking new opportunities in key markets.This is a strategic, hands-on role where your decisions will directly impact how we grow, optimize, and future-proof our payments infrastructure.Get ready toIdentify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with payment service providers, gateways, and financial platforms, ensuring the best solutions for our business and customers.Support the expansion of our services into new countries by building the right payment infrastructure and ensuring relevant local payment methods are in place.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing payment partners, driving collaboration, innovation, and mutual success.Oversee the performance of payment providers - monitoring key metrics such as acceptance rates, costs, and reliability - and take action to implement continuous improvements.Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, technical integration, and optimization of payment processes.Lead and execute our global payment partnership strategy, aligning it with business goals and future growth plans.Stay up to date with regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging technologies, shaping a long-term payments vision focused on orchestration, tokenization, fraud prevention, and authorization rate improvement.Champion a customer-centric approach to payments, ensuring seamless experiences and world-class service quality.We expect you toUnderstand the payments landscape, including PSPs, card networks, fraud prevention tools, and compliance considerations.Have 3+ years of experience in payment partnerships, business development, or strategic operations, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or fast-scaling digital product environment.Be highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to work across departments. Be confident leading negotiations and managing relationships with external partners.Have a solid grasp of payment-related KPIs and experience using data to drive decisions.Bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy taking full ownership of your area.Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.SalaryGross salary range is 6000-8500 EUR/month.LocationWe have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
