With around 100 employees and ambitions to expand across Scandinavia, this is a unique opportunity to shape the people strategy at a pivotal moment in the company’s journey.The business is undergoing transformation, with a newly formed leadership team. This postition will play a critical role in helping the team align, build trust, and operate effectively. This is a hands-on and yet strategic role for someone who thrives in environments where structure is still being built.More about the role:Partnering closely with the CEO and exec team to build a high-performing leadership cultureCoaching leaders on the fundamentals of team management and collaborationLeading the evolution of employee engagement initiativesBuilding a scalable people strategy to support regional growthDesigning and implementing people initiatives that support organisational growth and maturityActing as a cultural architect, helping define and embed values across the businessOwning the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and compliance across marketsBuilding scalable HR infrastructure to support future expansionAdvising on organisational design and change management strategiesChampioning diversity, equity and inclusion across the businessMore about you:A proven people leader who’s helped businesses through change and growthComfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational deliveryStrong facilitation and coaching skillsExperience working with leadership teams that are still formingSomeone who brings clarity, calm, and confidence to complex environmentsThis is a Copenhagen-based role with a strong presence required in the office.
