In just two years, we have:Raised $14 million from EQT Ventures and Forgepoint CapitalJoined Microsoft’s genAI studio and Meta’s AI programDeployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs by the likes of Orange CyberdefenseAs Head of People, you’ll build a scalable, data-driven People engine that supports hypergrowth while strengthening culture, alignment, and leadership maturity. You’ll operate with full ownership across People Ops, Talent, and Culture, while partnering directly with the founders and team leads.You willBuild and scale People Ops foundations: HRIS, policies, compliance, contracts, and documentationOversee hiring excellence, partnering with managers to ensure a predictable, high-quality recruitment processRedesign onboarding into a structured, automated, culture-first experienceImplement performance, growth, and feedback systems including 360 reviews and manager enablementLead engagement rituals, communication cadences, and company offsitesEnsure compliance across France and key international jurisdictions (DE, UK, US)Provide data and insights to leadership for org design, capacity planning, and retentionCoach managers and leadership to develop autonomy and alignment across teamsProtect and elevate Qevlar’s culture as we scaleWho You AreYou thrive in fast-moving environments, bring clarity where there is ambiguity, and are energized by building from scratch.
