Our client is a leading regional bank, looking for an experienced Head of People Transformation to drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives.About the Role:The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in organizational design, HR transformation, and change within complex, regulated environments, with a background in the banking industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership to align organizational structures with business strategy and regulatory requirementsDesign and implement target operating models, workforce strategies, and governance frameworksDrive HR functional transformation, including operating model redesign, process optimization, and capability upliftLead stakeholder engagement across HR, business, risk, and compliance teamsProvide thought leadership on industry best practices, future-of-work trends, and banking-specific people challengesRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field15+ years of experience in a leadership roleProven experience working within the banking and financial services industryDemonstrated ability to operate at executive level, influencing and challenging senior stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skillsExcellent communication and facilitation skillsIf interested, please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to ayisha.zaheer@madisonpearl.com
