This pivotal role demands deep expertise in DTC e-commerce, direct-response copywriting, performance creatives, data analysis, and various marketing channels.You will own the paid media P&L and drive profitable customer acquisition through structured testing, high-velocity creative iteration, and precise budget management.Reporting directly to the CMO, you will manage and develop the in-house creative marketing team, external partners, and key agency relationships while ensuring that performance marketing delivers on the company’s ambitious growth targets.Responsibilities Execute and develop paid advertising strategies across various channels, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, influencers, affiliates and other relevant acquisition marketing platforms.Actively analyze and manage various media buying channels, either directly or indirectly through internal or external media buyers.Weekly and monthly reporting on performance metrics to C-level executivesLead the in-house creative team consisting of Creative Strategists, UGC Managers, Video Editors & Graphic designers through weekly team and 1:1Determine creative direction, develop creative testing roadmap and manage creative output.Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to achieve the targets of the companyStay on top of emerging technologies, industry trends, and platform innovations to continuously identify and pilot new paid acquisition opportunities.Day to DayManage creative teams and processes responsible for creative output of our companyLead weekly creative team and 1:1 meetingsAnalyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions based on key metrics (Revenue, ROAS/NCROAS, CAC, CAC:LTV)Monitor and actively manage ad campaigns: launch, kill, scale, and reallocate budgets dailyWeekly reports & reporting call with CMO on pacing of the results against forecastRequirementsYou speak and write English fluentlyUnderstanding Dutch and/German is a preProven track record of successfully scaling paid advertising campaigns in a high-growth DTC environment.Deep understanding and experience in the various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google ads, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.Deep understanding and experience creating high converting creativesDeep understanding and experience in copywriting and direct response marketingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast, plan, and scale emerging acquisition channels.Experience managing budgets of at least €50k/day, preferably in the EU marketMinimum of 3 years in a senior DTC performance role (Head of Performance, Performance/Growth Manager, etc.) with extensive media buying and creative leadership experience.Results Success in this role will be measured by:Revenue growth driven by paid acquisition.ROAS/NCROAS optimization.Paid CAC and CAC:LTV ratio efficiency.Growth in high-performing creative output and testing velocity.Delivery of accurate budget forecasts and achievement of profitability targets.Why Join Us?Ready to roll up your sleeves and build something that truly matters?
