With a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Brokerages; Redstone Commodity Search can confidently offer you an edge in today’s volatile market.Redstone Commodity Search has been exclusively engaged by a rapidly growing physical commodities trading group to assist in the set up of a new Petcoke trading team.Key Responsibilities / TasksEstablish and lead the petroleum coke trading team, setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives while integrating seamlessly with the existing metals trading business.Develop and execute trading strategies to maximise profitability while effectively managing risks.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers in Asia, LATAM, and Africa, as well as global customers and other stakeholders in the pet coke market.Monitor global markets, analyse trends, and provide insights to capitalise on trading opportunities.Collaborate closely with shipping, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of trades.Qualifications / ExperienceMinimum 7 years’ experience in physical petroleum coke trading.Deep market expertise, including supply chains, pricing dynamics, and key industry players.Strong industry network within the physical pet coke and seaborne freight markets.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Role based in Geneva.For all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Commodity Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
