This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of the UK and European platform landscape, strong commercial instincts, and a proven ability to build relationships at senior levels.You’ll play a key role in driving Titanbay’s platform strategy — combining business development and sales expertise with a strong technical and operational understanding of platform infrastructure, integrations, and distribution models. By navigating complex organisations and unlocking commercial opportunities, you will directly contribute to Titanbay’s growth while ensuring our platform engagements are strategically and operationally robust.What You’ll Be Responsible ForDriving business development and commercial opportunities with leading platforms, building relationships and positioning Titanbay for success.Identifying and engaging decision-makers and influencers within key organisations, mapping internal structures and navigating complex buying processes.Shaping pricing and commercial strategies tailored to each platform relationship, ensuring competitiveness while protecting value.Defining a clear go-to-market framework for targeting wealth managers via platforms versus direct channels, in partnership with the Sales team.Actively representing Titanbay in all key meetings with platform contacts, reinforcing our positioning and progressing commercial outcomes.Building Titanbay’s presence and credibility across the European wealth platform ecosystem through sector engagement and thought leadership.Collaborating with Sales and Regional Heads to provide hands-on, local support, ensuring platform-related opportunities move through to completion.What We’re Looking ForStrong technical and operational background, with a deep understanding of platform infrastructure and integrations, in particular in the UKProven commercial awareness, with experience structuring and negotiating partnerships.Knowledge of the UK and European platform market, with established industry relationships.Experience working within a platform or directly on platform integrations.Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at senior levels.Strategic thinker who combines insight with hands-on execution to deliver measurable outcomes.Familiarity with private markets is a plus, but not essential.Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Benefits28 days holiday p/a + Bank holidays — with the option to roll up to 5 days per yearEmployee Share OptionsPrivate Health insurancePrivate Dental coverLife Insurance (3x salary)ClassPass Health and Wellness membershipJuno Flexi benefit allowanceEAP supportCompany pensionParentPromise digital new parent supportOur Commitment to DiversityTitanbay does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, colour, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status under the law.
