About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Venture Operator & Portfolio Coach to join our venture studio. Your mandate is clear: accelerate product–market fit and scale across our portfolio, working shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to instill discipline, drive execution, and unlock value. You will operate as both a builder and coach challenging assumptions, embedding operating rigor, and ensuring ventures are positioned for capital and valuation growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Value CreationDrive ventures from validation to scale by pressure-testing strategy, refining business models, and sharpening go-to-market execution.Stress-test and improve unit economics, focusing on CAC/LTV, margins, and cash discipline.Roll up your sleeves where needed whether building sales processes, fixing operational bottlenecks, or re-designing organizations for growth.Founder Coaching & DevelopmentAct as an interim operator and coach to founders, instilling execution discipline, OKR habits, and milestone focus.Challenge founders to make sharper strategic choices and hold them accountable to results.Build founders’ leadership capacity to scale teams, communicate with boards, and raise capital effectively.Capital ReadinessEnsure ventures are investor-ready by building robust data rooms, investor narratives, and financial clarity.Partner with founders on capital allocation, governance, and strategic fundraising decisions.Studio LeverageTogether with the Venture Operations Lead, codify lessons, playbooks, and benchmarks from portfolio work to strengthen the studio’s venture-building model.Provide transparent reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and interventions to leadership and the board.Key Outcomes You’ll DriveReduced time to product–market fit across ventures.Improvement in unit economics and growth KPIs.Higher success rates for external fundraising and stronger portfolio valuations.Stronger, more capable founders who can scale beyond the early stage.Ideal Candidate Profile10+ years in high-growth startups, venture building, or corporate innovation in senior operating roles.Proven track record of scaling ventures from 0→1 or 1→10, with direct P&L or metric ownership.Hands-on experience in one or more of: sales/GTM, product, operations, org building, fundraising.Strong coaching ability: challenges directly, builds trust quickly, and raises founder performance.Financial fluency — able to dissect models, unit economics, and capital strategies.Comfortable in ambiguity and biased toward disciplined action.What We OfferA front-row role in building and scaling ventures tackling Southeast Asia’s most pressing opportunities in energy, mobility, and digital innovation.High visibility with corporate leadership, boards, and investors.The chance to shape not just ventures, but the venture studio’s playbook itself.Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives.
