Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and govern a global, standardized Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for all indirect categories (e.g., IT, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, HR, Travel).Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to ensure transparency, mitigate risk, and improve efficiency across the organization.Champion procurement best practices and serve as the subject matter expert on indirect procurement.Lead the continuous improvement of the procurement function through data analytics, market intelligence, and benchmarking.Identify and execute on opportunities for cost reduction, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership (TCO) improvements.Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of procurement systems to enhance user experience, automate processes, and provide actionable insights.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5 procurement professionals.Set clear team goals, manage performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
