Our focus is to connect data and creativity to drive measurable business results. Within Prism, we’re also building world-class GenAI solutions, through our deep partnerships with Google, Meta, and TikTok - gaining early and unfair access to the latest and greatest image and video LLM’s to drive outsized marketing performance through GenAI creative.We’re at an inflection point and looking for a Head of Product to lead this transformation. You’ll lead the roadmap and execution of our next-generation marketing cloud & GenAI solutions, from automated media planning to automated creative generation & agentic creative testing, from MMM-integrated measurement layers to real-time, predictive AI-enabled insights.This is not a traditional SaaS PM role. It’s a systems-building, machine-guiding, industry-redefining opportunity for someone who understands the mechanics of both AI and modern marketing, and has the vision and horsepower to fuse the two.This role is for a builder, not a bureaucrat.If you think like a founder, speak like a strategist, and execute like an operator, you’ll thrive here.What You’ll OwnSet the Vision: Shape the strategic direction of Prism, evolving it from an internal platform to a true AI-fully enabled operating system for modern marketers.Own the Roadmap: Prioritize features across planning, creative, media buying, and measurement. Balance speed, impact, and technical feasibility.Lead Cross-Functional Development: Translate business needs into product specs that engineering and data science teams can execute on efficiently.Embed AI Into the Core: Work with AI partners and internal experts to integrate LLMs, recommendation systems, and real-time insights into every layer of the platform.Build for Outcomes: Ensure our tools help teams drive measurable financial results—not just clicks and ROAS.Your SuperpowersRapid AI Prototyping: You already use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Grok to build functional products that connect to tools, automate workflows, and prototype AI features end-to-end using no-code or low-code platforms—without waiting on engineering.AI-Obsessed Operator: You’ve built real GenAI or ML-driven products in adtech or martech, and use AI tools to boost your own and your team’s productivity.AI-Proficiency: You understand the difference between vertical and horizontal AI, Agentic Workflows, GenAI layers, and AI-driven learning models.Marketing Systems Thinker: You understand the full funnel, from audience targeting to creative execution to conversion.SaaS Builder: You build lean, fast, and modular. You focus on what moves the needle and communicate effectively with engineers when scaling.Quant & Qual Translator: You combine user insight with data fluency. You're comfortable with SQL, A/B testing, and product analytics.Platform Strategist: You turn services and workflows into scalable, reusable product components.Growth-Minded: You know what matters to marketers, scalability, efficiency, clarity, and results. You can effectively make informed trade-offs between speed and robustness.Technical CoreStrong command of AI technologies and how to productize them (LLMs, embeddings, AutoML, fine-tuning, RAG, etc.)Proficient in SQL, A/B testing, and product analyticsEngineering-literate: able to design, prototype, and iterate using AI APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and data integrations without waiting on engineeringDomain Expertise8+ years of product leadership in adtech, martech, or AI-powered platformsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience building and launching technical productsDeep understanding of measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution, MMM)Strong working knowledge of media buying on Meta, Google, and TikTokExperience with creative optimization workflows and performance marketingExecution Track RecordProven success taking products from zero-to-one and scaling them from one-to-NExperience in high-speed, outcome-driven, resource-constrained startup environmentsEvidence of thriving in high-performance cultures and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver resultsCulture & CommitmentWe’re a no-ego, no-politics, performance-first culture.
