This role requires a visionary design leader who can combine creative excellence with operational discipline — defining our design strategy, implementing scalable processes, and mentoring a high-performing team.You will be responsible for shaping the overall design direction, ensuring our products are intuitive, consistent, and delightful, while closely partnering with product management, engineering, and business leadership to deliver impactful user experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product design vision and strategy across all digital products.Establish and standardize the design process, documentation, and quality benchmarks company-wide.Build, lead, and mentor a team of designers, creating an environment of growth, innovation, and collaboration.Define and evolve the design system, component libraries, and style guidelines for consistency and scalability.Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure design is integrated into the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions.Champion a user-centered design culture within the organization, balancing business needs with user goals.Represent the design function at leadership meetings and collaborate on company-wide product strategy.Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design maturity.Oversee end-to-end design quality — from ideation to launch and post-release optimization.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.10+ years of professional product design experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.Proven experience leading design for software, SaaS, or technology-driven products.Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.Demonstrated ability to build and scale design teams and processes.Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design leadership and business impact.Nice-to-HaveExperience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.Understanding of front-end development principles to bridge design and engineering.Experience working in agile or lean product environments.Familiarity with analytics and research tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, Maze, etc.).What We OfferOpportunity to build and lead the product design vision for a growing software organization.Strategic involvement in shaping the user experience direction across all products.A creative, collaborative, and growth-focused work culture.Competitive salary, benefits, and flexibility (remote/hybrid options).
