As we expand our footprint worldwide, we are shaping the future of the digital payments space and driving the next chapter of growth.What you'll do:Create and scale a cohesive, global design system that ensures a seamless and synergistic platform experience, delighting users and driving deep engagement across our entire suite of products.Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution. Transform multi-year product roadmaps into a clear and compelling design vision.Look beyond the horizon to identify new opportunities in user experience and interaction, and bring original, ambitious design concepts to life through experimentation.Hire new, mentor and grow existing high-performing team of product designers and UX researchers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and design excellence.Lead the evolution and adaptation of our user experience for existing & new markets, expertly navigating diverse regulatory, cultural, and competitive landscapes.Act as a key strategic partner to Product and Engineering leaders, ensuring the user's perspective is powerfully integrated across the entire product development lifecycle.What are we looking for:10+ years of experience as a UX/Product designer, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing designers.Experience working in a fast-paced tech start-up environment.Strong product logic & first principle thinking.Ability to explore and thrive in ambiguous project contexts.Financial industry experience is a plus, but intellectual curiosity is essential.Excellent English and Chinese language skills is essential.
