With a strong presence across global markets, we combine innovation, technical expertise, and market insight to deliver high-quality solutions that drive our clients’ success.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Product Development to lead our beverage innovation strategy. In this role, you will drive the creation of new products, enhance existing formulations, and manage a multidisciplinary team. Your mission is to translate market trends and customer insights into successful beverage products while ensuring compliance, quality, and commercial viability. Key ResponsibilitiesInnovation & StrategyDefine and execute the product development roadmap in line with company goals and market trends.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing R&D team, covering formulation, product scaling, and testing.Identify new product opportunities through market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.Oversee ideation, prototyping, pilot production, and product launches. Project Management & QualityManage multiple product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, quality, regulatory, and production.Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and market requirements.Implement best practices in sensory evaluation, product testing, and shelf-life studies.Collaboration & CommunicationPartner with suppliers, external partners, and customers as needed.Present product concepts, updates, and results to senior management and stakeholders.Continuous Improvement Drive process efficiency, cost optimization, and innovation in product development.Stay current with industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging technologies. Requirements Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or relatedfield.Minimum 7 years of experience in product development within the food or beverage industry.Proven success in launching beverage products.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Key Skills: Leadership and team managementProject planning and organizational excellenceCreativity, flexibility, and innovative mindsetAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of sensory evaluation and product testing Preferred:Experience with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesFamiliarity with sustainability initiatives in product development Experience in global or multi-site environments
