Head of Product – Fast-Growing Fashion BrandLocation: London (Hybrid) Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + benefits Travel: Global (including regular travel to Asia and other sourcing regions)About the Role:We’re partnering with a fast-growing, trend-driven fashion start-up that’s redefining the jewellery and accessories market. As Head of Product, you’ll lead the full product lifecycle, from concept through to global delivery, shaping the creative, commercial and operational strategy behind multiple fast-moving collections.This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious brand at a pivotal stage of growth, where you’ll have true ownership of the product vision and roadmap, working directly with the founders to scale internationally.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end product strategy across jewellery and accessory ranges, ensuring collections are both fashion-forward and commercially successful.Own buying, merchandising and materials strategy, balancing trend insight with profitability and supply-chain efficiency.Oversee the “open to buy” process, managing budgets and ensuring the right stock mix and pricing strategy to drive sales and margin.Analyse data and customer insights to inform design direction, range planning and product performance.Build strong supplier relationships and lead global negotiations, with frequent travel to key sourcing markets such as China.Partner closely with design, marketing, operations and finance to align product, brand and business goals.Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering creativity, accountability and speed to market.What You’ll Bring:Proven experience in a senior product, buying or merchandising role within fashion, ideally jewellery or accessories.Deep understanding of fast fashion dynamics, from trend forecasting and range building to supplier negotiation and cost management.Demonstrated success managing multiple ranges simultaneously in a data-led, fast-paced environment.Strong commercial acumen, confident managing budgets, open-to-buy frameworks and margin analysis.A creative mindset balanced with operational rigour, comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.Why Join:Be part of a bold, design-led brand that’s scaling fast in the global jewellery market.Direct access to founders and influence over the product and brand direction.Hybrid working environment with regular opportunities for international travel.Competitive salary and benefits aligned to your experience and impact.
