If you're energized by substantial challenges and ready to be held accountable for meaningful outcomes in education, we should connect.What You Will Be DoingMaster the Education Domain: Create and continuously refine the "Education Domain BrainLift"—a comprehensive strategic framework that synthesizes team insights and market intelligence into a unified vision guiding all product decisions across the vertical.Craft Strategic Portfolio Direction: Transform your Domain BrainLift into a dynamic, outcome-focused roadmap that orchestrates our entire product ecosystem. You'll establish the strategic sequencing that builds compounding value and provides the crucial "why" behind your team's execution priorities.Lead Through Action and Mentorship: Set the standard by personally driving critical OODA (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act) loops on key outcomes, while simultaneously elevating your team through thoughtful review of their work and integration of their insights into the broader portfolio strategy.What You Won’t Be DoingPure People Management: This isn't primarily about managing headcount, budgets, or processes—it's about driving strategic direction and exemplary execution for the entire vertical.Implementing Pre-Defined Strategy: You won't be executing someone else's vision.
