Your mission: to establish Squarefeet as the global benchmark for leasing management — combining innovation, performance, and simplicity of use.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product vision, aligned with the company’s overall strategy.Build and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact features.Work closely with the CEO and CTO to turn vision into concrete deliverables.Oversee UX/UI to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.Gather client and market feedback to guide product decisions.Implement agile processes that foster collaboration and fast delivery.Build and lead, over time, a multidisciplinary product team (design, product ops, data).Contribute actively to strategic discussions, product positioning, and culture.Profile7+ years of proven experience in product management or product strategy, ideally within an international B2B SaaS environment.Strong ability to operate in a startup context: combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Solid understanding of corporate markets (real estate, retail, proptech, or related sectors).Deep product culture: design thinking, lean methodologies, and a data-driven mindset.Excellent communication skills and natural leadership.Fluent or native English required; French is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation, and a desire to build a success story.What We OfferLate co-founder role with real decision-making influence.Significant equity, defined according to profile and level of commitment.Freedom, impact, and exceptional growth potential.Direct collaboration with an experienced founding team.Location & Work StyleBased in Paris, with a hybrid and remote-friendly setup.
