Our company values impactful work and a strong, evolving culture.What You Will Be Doing:Lead and guide the UI/UX and Product teams, setting clear goals and prioritiesDefine the overall product strategy and create product roadmapsTranslate user research, testing, and analytics into actionable insights for leadershipContinuously improve design and product development processesCollaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teamsMentor team members and support their professional growth and developmentYou’ll Be Great For This Role If You Have:7+ years of experience in product management and/or UI/UX design2+ years of proven experience in team leadership or people managementStrong strategic thinking and decision-making skillsDeep understanding of the digital product lifecycleFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesPreferably experience in the technology or e-commerce sector
