This leader will serve as the strategic bridge between product development and corporate marketing, connecting customer insights with compelling product storytelling to drive awareness, demand, and alignment across teams.This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying unique product differentiators, reason to buy, and crafting clear, compelling messaging in collaboration with the Brand Team. The Head of Product Marketing will ensure consistency across all touchpoints by overseeing the narrative that spans the entire cruise experience—from itineraries and onboard experiences to shore excursions.Your ImpactShaping the Product OfferingProvide marketing perspective and customer insights during product development phases to ensure offerings align with real customer needs and expectations.Product Positioning & MessagingDevelop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions rooted in customer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.Collaborate with the Brand Team to bring product stories to life through integrated campaigns and marketing touchpoints.Collaborate cross-functionally to support integrated campaigns and go-to-market plans that drive consumer interest and conversion.Customer & Market InsightsGather, synthesize, and share customer insights, feedback, and behaviors to influence product development and marketing strategies.Lead competitive analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.Product Integrity & AuditAudit products as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency in all consumer-facing communications and platforms.Ensure all touchpoints—from digital to social media to CRM to trade—accurately represent the cruise experience.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with product development, operations, revenue, and deployment teams to gather information and align on offerings.Build and manage a team of product managers ensuring growth and evolution of the functionYour Journey so far10+ years in marketing, branding or project management roles. With proven track of record of experience in product marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality, or consumer experience sectorsProven experience crafting go-to-market strategies and launching products successfullyExperience working cross-functionally with creative, product, operations, and commercial teamsYour EssentialsAbility to lead through influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholdersAnalytical and insights-driven with a strategic mindsetStrong analytical skills, time management, problem-solving abilities and team-working skillsFluent in English; proficiency in any other EU language is considered an advantageProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) good knowledge of the main AI generative toolsEU Passport or the right to work in Switzerland.
