Location: This role is remote within Europe. With more than 100 team members globally, we're building the best possible version of solopreneurship.💡About the role:We’re looking for a hands-on yet strategic marketing leader to temporarily lead our Product Marketing function and enhance our organic growth capabilities. You’ll bridge our product, growth, and brand efforts, ensuring that our products resonate deeply in our markets, while developing scalable acquisition and content strategies that attract and activate freelancers worldwide.This is a fixed-term, full-time position with a duration of 12 months.✍️As the head of product marketing at Xolo, you will; Build and execute marketing strategies for Xolo’s business admin products to drive awareness, lead generation, and activation.Partner with Product, Engineering, BI, and Growth teams to align messaging, insights, and performance tracking.Ensure effective launch, communication, and adoption of new features across markets.Develop and implement organic growth strategies, including AEO/GEO, events, referral, and affiliate programs.Build and manage partnership programs, identifying opportunities for collaboration with complementary brands, communities, and influencers.Analyze performance and experiment with new organic channels to drive sustainable growth.Lead and mentor a team of product marketing managers. 🔎You are the one we are looking for if you have:7+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, tech, or B2C digital products, with proven product marketing and/or growth experience.Strong expertise in organic acquisition (SEO, AEO/GEO, content, affiliates) and multi-market brand growth.Hands-on experience managing campaigns and partner programs.Excellent communication and project management skills - able to align teams, juggle multiple projects, and deliver with clarity.Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting BI dashboards and marketing performance data.Leadership experience with small cross-functional teams.💭Why work at Xolo?A team of Mavericks: We aspire to challenge the norm by encouraging bold thinking and embracing the unconventional.
