Next, we’re expanding services for healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, while integrating AI to enhance patient and doctor experience, and improve the quality of care.We are hiringWe’re looking for our first Head of Product to take full ownership of our product and help drive Una through the next stage of growth.This is a pivotal role: you’ll bridge discovery and execution, transform bold ideas into reality, and deliver products that directly impact patients, healthcare providers, and payors. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO as a sparring partner on strategy and prioritization, and collaborate with our engineers, designers, and data scientists to build products that truly matter.TasksWhat you’ll doOwn the product lifecycle end-to-end: from shaping strategy and discovery to delivering at high quality and speedExtend our product offering beyond the existing DiGA user base, developing new solutions for healthcare professionals and other key stakeholdersDrive execution—take complex products from concept to launch and scale, shipping on time and at high qualityDefine and track success metrics, ensuring every decision connects back to clinical, user, and commercial impactLeverage data and AI as core differentiators in the evolution of our productAct as a thought partner to the CEO, contributing to product strategy and roadmap prioritizationNavigate a regulated environment with confidence and turn complexity into clarityRequirementsWhat you bringExperience in product management, ideally at a Senior/Lead levelA proven track record of taking complex products from concept through launch to scaleExperience with end-to-end ownership of roadmaps and measurable outcomesFluency in German and English (written and spoken)Experience building or prototyping AI-powered products—you tinker, experiment, and show how things can be builtA deep curiosity and fast-learning mindset—you thrive on quickly understanding new domains, connecting the dots, and translating insights into product decisionsBackground in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments, ideally paired with some scale-up exposureStrong communicator who energizes teams with positivity, clarity, and focusComfort operating in regulated industriesBased in Berlin or willing to travelBonus:Experience operating in (German) healthcareResearch shows that there is a Confidence Gap between different groups (e.g., gender, age, ethnicity) leading some to apply when they meet 60% of the criteria, and others only when they check every box.
