About the CompanyA fast-growing Software scale-up, backed by leading Private Equity investors and entering a major new phase of expansion.This is a rare opportunity to join a PE-backed SaaS business with strong momentum, ambitious plans, and the resources to execute them.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build and shape the Product function from the ground up.You’ll define the product vision, establish best practices, and deliver a roadmap focused on user growth, retention, and engagement.This is a hands-on role, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success — and you’ll have visibility with senior leadership and investors.If you’re excited by scaling a product, owning strategy and execution, and seeing your work drive measurable impact, this is the role for you.What You’ll DoBuild and lead the foundation of the Product function, setting up processes, tools, and frameworks.Define and deliver the product roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven feature development.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver market-leading functionality.Use analytics, customer feedback, and market insight to prioritise effectively.Present roadmap progress and product strategy in leadership and investor meetings.Help shape the culture and operating rhythm of a scaling product organisation.What We’re Looking For5–8 years’ experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS.Proven ability to deliver user and revenue growth through great product strategy and execution.Strong commercial mindset with experience in agile environments.Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders and investors.Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building from scratch.What’s on OfferUp to £175,000 + equity optionsHybrid working (3-4 days per week in Staines-upon-Thames HQ)Opportunity to define and grow the Product function in a PE-backed SaaS businessClose collaboration with senior leadership and investorsClear path to Product Director or CPO as the business scalesReady to make an impact?Join a business at a pivotal moment in its growth journey — where your ideas, leadership, and execution will shape the next generation of our platform.
