We are now looking for a Head of Products and FA Engineering to lead our software and data engineering efforts in two important business domains.Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of investment management in the Nordea Group and in the Asset & Wealth Management division. As a Leader, you’ll play a valuable role in innovation bets, engineering practices and team development.What you’ll be doing: Lead skilled people based on industry thought leadership and appropriate methods Shape team strategic outcomes within our Technology and Data Strategies Facilitate engineering bets & trade-offs to maximize business outcomes, speed, quality and minimum viable compliance with an engaged team Technical leadership within one or several technologies, architectures or techniques You’ll join a forward thinking, multi-disciplinary and engaged leadership team in NAM Engineering.
