Head of Professional ServicesLocation: UK or EU, hybrid with occasional travel Sector: Enterprise SaaS Type: Permanent, full time Comp: Competitive base + bonus + benefitsThe CompanyA global enterprise SaaS provider with two cloud products is seeking a Head of Professional Services to own end to end delivery for customer implementations. The environment is fast paced, customer centric and quality driven, with a strong emphasis on repeatable methods, profitability and scale. The business also operates a small legacy on prem product that is being phased out.The RoleYou will be accountable for the delivery phase from contract to go live, leading cross functional teams to implement complex solutions for enterprise customers.Key responsibilitiesOwn the delivery lifecycle from SOW handover to go live, including onboarding, integrations, data migrations, configuration and consulting.Lead and develop the delivery organisation, including Project Managers, Functional Consultants and an adjacent technical or data team.Build and enforce a consistent PS methodology, playbooks, templates and tooling so every project does not start from scratch.Drive utilisation, project gross margin and PS P&L health. Set targets, forecast capacity and optimise resource planning.Establish programme governance, risk and issue management, stage gates and executive reporting for high value, multi stream programmes.Standardise estimating, scoping and SOW practices. Partner with Sales on bids and with Product on roadmap and delivery readiness.Ensure a quality, consistent customer experience across products and regions, with measurable improvements in CSAT and time to value.Develop the partner delivery model where appropriate, including enablement, certification and quality controls.Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned and KPI dashboards across the portfolio.About YouProven leadership of a Professional Services function for an enterprise SaaS vendor or top tier consultancy delivering SaaS platforms.Track record owning delivery from contract signature to go live across multiple concurrent programmes.Strong commercial control of PS metrics, for example utilisation, revenue recognition, change control and project margin.Expertise building repeatable methodologies and tooling, such as delivery frameworks, accelerators, data migration playbooks and integration patterns.Comfortable managing multi disciplinary teams and suppliers across regions.Enterprise implementation experience with complex data, security and integration landscapes.Advantage: experience leading transition from on prem to cloud delivery models.Excellent stakeholder skills at C level, clear written and verbal communication, structured problem solving and a calm approach under pressure.The Digital Recruitment Company is an Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.The Digital Recruitment Company is an Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
