Head of Project Finance (Open for relocation)

The Head of Project Finance leads all financial planning, analysis, and governance for major capital projects, supply chain initiatives, and manufacturing improvement programs. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Engineering to ensure strong financial discipline, accurate project evaluation, and delivery of targeted ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end financial oversight for CAPEX and strategic projects, including feasibility studies, financial modelling, and ROI analysis.Partner with Supply Chain and Production Planning teams to analyze cost drivers, capacity utilisation, production efficiency, material planning (MRP), and cost-to-serve.Build and maintain project financial models covering cashflow, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis, and long-term P&L/Balance Sheet impact.Track and report project performance (budget vs actual), highlight risks, and provide recommendations to project sponsors and management.Validate project budgets, procurement costs, BOM costing, standard costing, and operational assumptions.Establish strong financial controls to prevent cost overruns and ensure compliance with company policies.Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to support digitalization, automation, and productivity improvement initiatives.Present project updates, financial insights, and risks to Steering Committee.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering related field.Professional qualification required: ACCA, CPA, MIA, CIMA (or equivalent).Minimum 10 years finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.Experience in supply chain finance, production planning finance, project costing, or CAPEX evaluation.Strong financial modelling skills (Excel, Power Query) and understanding of manufacturing cost structures.Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.Open for relocation
