Job Description
Our client, an international market leader in packaging equipment, is seeking a Head of Project Management, APAC, to lead the regional team and oversee projects from planning to completion.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and develop the regional project management team, driving performance and alignment with company goals.Oversee all project activities from planning to delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.Provide guidance and support in resolving complex or critical project issues across markets.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.Minimum 7 years of project management experience, including leading a project team, ideally within packaging industry.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Able to lead teams effectively under pressure and ensure projects are delivered on time.Willing to travel within the region as needed.
