Snapshot of the day: Co-Developing a service-focused global order management organization, by coordinating a team of around 15 employeesHow You’ll Make an Impact:Represent the team and conduct regular feedback sessions with partners & stakeholdersImplement global footprint decisions for project order management functions Identify best practices in operations and foster process harmonization across functionsDrive digitalization and automatization for order management, supply and shipping processesSupport multi-skilling and job enlargement as well as cross collaboration within global order management and beyondFoster innovation, growth and cost savings across functional groupsIdentify, standardize and generate transparency on operational KPIs Gather transparency on current load and resources across the order managementManage scope clarification for parts and repairs in quotes and orders What You BringMaster or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline Experience & proven experience in leading facets of Power Generation Service management (budget, repairs & production, order management, project management, global safety laws & regulations) Advanced experience in driving transformation and culture change in challenging environment coupled with an agile mindsetProfessional experience in project/order management and cost center management activitiesProfessional experience in ERP (SAP R3 SD/ PD2-Module, Kanlog) and related processes/ interfaces of Order Management Experience in execution of mid-size to large-scale, international projects and basic knowledge of the accounting policies and proceduresHands on experience in managing productivity, profitability, growth and customer relationshipWorking experience in an intercultural environment and the ability to travel globally Experience in Marketing and Sales or operations for non-consumer services and productsKnowledge about developing, coaching and motivation of self-organized teamsAbility to develop, market and implement global projects Fluent professional English language skills, German is a plus Excellent team skills and leadership capabilities with effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills to blend in a cross collaborating working teamPro-active, astute and assertive in propagating excellent project delivery and quality initiatives Conceptual thinking, analytical competence and skills of problem recognition and problem solvingAbout The TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
