Head of Property ManagementLocation: United Arab EmiratesIndustry: Real Estate / Property ManagementLevel: Senior LeadershipEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleA well-established and diversified organisation in the UAE is seeking a highly experienced Head of Property Management to lead its property portfolio strategy and oversee the end-to-end management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets. This is a confidential leadership appointment for a dynamic professional who can drive operational excellence, improve asset performance, and elevate tenant experience standards across a growing portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic and operational management of a multi-asset property portfolio across the UAE.Develop and implement property management strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue, and asset value.Oversee leasing, tenant relations, facilities management, service partners, and statutory compliance.Drive service quality, turnaround times, and tenant experience initiatives.Implement robust governance, policies, and SLAs for property operations and service providers.Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the property portfolio.Manage performance of internal teams and outsourced FM partners to ensure contractual delivery.Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and cost optimisation in property operations.Ensure adherence to local regulations, RERA guidelines, and health & safety standards.Partner with senior leadership on portfolio strategy, capital planning, and long-term value creation.RequirementsIdeally 10–15 years’ experience in property management within the UAE market.Strong leadership background in managing large-scale residential and/or commercial portfolios.Proven track record in driving occupancy, rental yield, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, RERA compliance, and FM best practices.Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.ConfidentialityDue to the seniority of the role, all applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
