Job Description

The role leads Easypaisa’s public sector engagement and digital government strategy by building strong relationships with federal and provincial stakeholders to drive financial inclusion and digital adoption. It oversees the end-to-end execution of G2P and P2G initiatives, identifying and implementing digital transformation opportunities across key government services while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk governance.Key Responsibilities:Develop, Nurture and maintain strategic relationships with federal and provincial government stakeholders, ministries, regulators and development partners to drive financial inclusion and digital adoption.Identify and drive digital transformation opportunities in areas such as welfare disbursements, subsidies, pension and scholarship programs, tax and fee collections and other public-facing services.Represent Easypaisa in policy dialogues, public tenders, RFPs and steering committees related to public sector digitization, ensuring visibility and thought leadership.Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for G2P (Government-to-Person), P2G (Person-to-Government), and broader digital government initiatives at both Federal and Provincial levels.Ensure all initiatives align with national financial inclusion strategies and digitization frameworks, in line with guidelines from SBP, MOITT, NADRA and BISP.Partner with HEC, education ministries and university administrations to digitize student fee collections, stipend disbursements and financial aid programs through Easypaisa solutions.Identify and onboard public sector institutions such as universities, hospitals, municipal corporations, educational boards and transport authorities for cashless payment ecosystems (e.g. tuition fee payments, hospital billing, licensing, and transit payments).Engage with local governments and city administrations to introduce digital payment solutions for utilities, municipal taxes, parking and public transport fares.Work with health departments and hospitals to digitize patient billing, government insurance reimbursements and employee payroll disbursements.Support the design and execution of digital public awareness and adoption campaigns in collaboration with relevant ministries and development agencies.Monitor and analyze policy developments, regulatory changes and emerging digital government trends to proactively align Easypaisa’s strategic roadmap.Champion Easypaisa’s role as a trusted partner for digital governance and cashless economy enablement, showcasing success stories through media, conferences and government engagements.Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Easypaisa Digital bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance, Finance and Marketing teams to co-create customized cashless and interoperable solutions for government and institutional use cases.Lead and manage the partnership pipeline for national and provincial digital economy projects, ensuring both strategic alignment and revenue growth.Drive advocacy and representation in public sector innovation forums, government roundtables and inter-agency working groups to promote digital financial services.Role RelationshipInternalOperationsLegalComplianceCorporate Solutions ExternalMultilateral BodiesGovernment BodiesPublic- Private Partnerships Knowledge and ExperienceEducation:Bachelor’s Degree + Professional Certification/Diploma Experience:10 years + work experience. 4 years + experience in working with government/ semi government institutions and stakeholders Behavioral Skills:Communication SkillsNegotiation SkillsConflict ResolutionIdea GenerationLeading from the frontInfluencing without authority
