We’re on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for an experienced Head of Quality to lead our global quality strategy and ensure that our products, processes, and culture reflect our commitment to excellence. About the RoleAs Head of Quality, you will drive the overall quality agenda across the organization — from strategy to execution. You’ll lead teams, build robust quality systems, and partner closely with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with company goals.Lead and develop the Quality team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ie. IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and TISAX (Information Security)Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve quality issues early in the value chain.Champion data-driven decision-making and proactive risk management.Represent Quality in management meetings and customer interactions.Key Competencies & Experience:Min 10 years of management and quality/process development for high tech products in an international environment. Automotive experience and in addition preferably production experience.Planning and execution of Strategic and operational quality work.IATF 16949 experienceCertified ISO TS/IATF 16949 AuditorISO9001 experienceISO14001 experienceLean management and six sigma experienceExcellent communication skillsBudgeting experiencePeople managementSolution orientedAbout YouProven leadership experience in a senior quality role, ideally within industry — e.g., manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, tech.Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.Passion for building high-performing teams and promoting a culture of quality excellence.Who are weWe are proud to be pioneers. Additionally, we have ongoing projects with other premium vehicle manufacturers across markets.
