What's the role?Join us as the Head of Quality for our Business Unit Fire Protection, where you will have a global impact on the Quality Management of the products from development to end-of-life. You will lead a team and drive Quality across our entire product portfolio, shaping strategic direction and enhancing our Quality Management System. Here’s What You’ll Need To Bring With YouA Master degree or higher ideally in Chemical engineering or a related field.A proven track record in Quality Management with state-of-the-art methodology know-how ideally in Supplier Quality Management and good business acumen.Several years of leadership experience of internationals teams of at least 5 people and strong interpersonal skills.Experience with industrial mass production, ideally in chemical- but also mechanical production is advantageous.Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.Fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).Willingness to regularly travel internationally, mainly in Europe and the US.Why should you apply?We know you have plenty of choices when it comes to your career.
